Your membership can be transferred to your new
home, stay with the buyer of the home you are selling, or be extended to another immediate family member’s household.
We will cover up to 3 years parts and labor warranty on any repairs done with continuous coverage of a membership with regular maintenance of the system.
Furnace & A/C Services
A Coastal Home Services representative will contact you regarding the information needed to service your unit(s). Once your unit has been serviced by one of our Trane Comfort Specialists™, you will receive a detailed service report, which includes our service checklist, your system’s current condition, the service technician’s report, and your billing information. Should your unit require additional services or replacement parts, our service technician will notify you.
